Working with the Grand Central Bakery Team to build a Café in the Wallingford Neighborhood.
As the French say, “bread is life”. A couple of years ago we designed and built the headquarters for Grand Central Baking Company here in Seattle and now we just finished this café in Wallingford. The quality of the bread, we are sure, is a function of how great their people are!
